  • Summary:

Escape to 3/87 Noosa Parade, Noosa Heads, where the charm of yesteryear meets the tranquil beauty of waterfront living. This delightful 2 storey townhouse, one of a small complex of three, invites you into a world where each day is a serene escape on a quiet canal on the Noosa River with a sandy beach. Tie up your boat or fish from the pontoon exclusive to this ideally situated complex.

    The Space:

On the ground floor, the heart of the home lies in its open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area and the full width glass doors which frame the long canal views. This welcoming space flows onto a sunlit patio, equipped with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ, perfect for entertaining or quiet evenings soaking up the canal front atmosphere. Here, the gentle lapping of the water and the soft rustle of the breeze set the tone for a peaceful retreat. Upstairs the two light and airy bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes and private balconies, with the master bedroom presenting serene water views from the bedroom and the balcony, creating a personal haven of relaxation.

The interiors of this townhouse echo a retro charm, featuring brick walls, white louvre cupboard doors, timber, and tile floors. The practical kitchen, adorned with retro yellow tiling, includes a bar with stools, perfect for casual dining or morning coffee, enhanced by the addition of a modern Nespresso coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is also a spacious walk-in pantry cupboard under the stairs.

Complementing this unique holiday home, is a generous waterfront shared pool and pool area, – a picturesque setting for relaxation and socialising.

A mere walk across the road takes you to Quamby Place with its restaurants, cafes and convenience shops, situating you conveniently close to the essence of Noosa Sound. For those who seek the vibrancy of Noosa, a ten-minute flat walk leads you to the iconic Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. Embrace the local culture at the Noosa Farmers Market, a Sunday haven for fresh, local produce and artisanal treasures.

3/87 Noosa Parade, Noosa Heads, is more than a holiday home; it's a fusion of classic charm and contemporary comfort, where every moment is an opportunity to relax, explore, and immerse in the unique beauty of Noosa’s riverside lifestyle.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and pool throughout their stay

    The Neighborhood:

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Perfect house

Perfect stay to visit our son who lives there, the house has everything you need with great outdoor space. The only negative is having to go to the office to collect and drop off the keys, a key safe would have been so much better.
