  • Positioned on the esplanade right across the road from Happy Valley this 3rd floor unit is great value for money, in a central location with amazing views of the shipping lanes, Bribie Island and the Glasshouse Mountains.

    Relax and unwind on the South facing balcony with a refreshing beverage whist watching the world go by or take a walk along the picturesque boardwalk to King Beach or head 2 minutes the other direction and check out all the cafes, bars and restaurants Caloundra has to offer

    This unit has everything you need to make your holiday as comfortable as being in your own home, the kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. The lounge are has flat screen TV and DVD player and is air-conditioned.

    Lock up garage for 1 car.

Position/view was amazing. I needed a lazy balcony with a sea view and that's what I got.

Loved my stay but found the 41 steps and no lift a challenge when arriving with luggage and departing. I'm in my 70s.

Moondara Apartment

Great spot Old building but well kept Building makes some noises in the night - bumps & cracks The Garage is not the greatest for big cars - SUV's otherwise a good place to stay

Perfect location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a generous size and the kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I have ever come across. Brilliant apartment for families with a walk across the road to access a great playground and beach. Amazing view from the balcony with views from the Glass House Mountains and Pumicestone Passage where we enjoyed watching kite surfers, paddle boarders and other water sports and watching container and cruise ships go by.

great location, unit itself is ok but not great

Caloundra is a great spot, especially for young families with plenty of parks and places for the littles ones to play. Unit in great location for access to water, nearby restaurants and main street short walk away. the unit itself is ok but could greatly do with some well needed maintenance and up keep. it wasn't particularly clean when we got there - the glass sliding door to the balcony/view was that dirty that you couldn't enjoy the view, so we ended up cleaning the doors ourselves to be able to see through them. would say if you get the unit for a cheap enough rate and don't expect an outstanding unit, then go for gold. if you have high expectations then this isn't the place for you
