    The Space:

    Framed by lush tropical greenery, this two-storey apartment is designed for effortless holiday living. The open-plan living and dining area is light, airy, and welcoming—styled with relaxed comfort in mind. Large sliding doors open to a private deck, perfect for slow mornings, shaded lunches, or sunset BBQs after a day out. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether you’re brewing a morning coffee or preparing an easy evening meal.



    Upstairs, the primary suite features a queen bed and an ensuite, while the second bedroom includes both a double and a single bed, with a second bathroom just across the hall—ideal for families or small groups.



    On-site parking, plus a shared pool and full-size tennis court offer plenty of ways to stay active or unwind. Two bikes are also available for exploring Noosa at a leisurely pace. Additional features include Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and on-site parking. A bus stop just outside the complex makes it easy to reach Hastings Street, Noosa Main Beach, and the National Park—no car required.



    Guest Access:

    You will have access to the whole apartment. You will be able to use the pool and tennis court which is shared with the other residents in the complex.



    The Neighborhood:

    Tucked away in a quiet pocket of Munna Crescent, the apartment is just a five-minute walk from the Noosa River’s café scene and waterfront parks. From here, you can paddleboard in the morning, grab lunch at a riverside restaurant, and be at Main Beach by afternoon—either on foot or with a quick bus ride. It’s a location that makes enjoying the best of Noosa feel effortless.



    Getting Around:

    Walk or catch a bus. This home is 500 metres from Gympie Terrace. Gympie Terrace has a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. You can also hire stand up paddle boards, kayaks and jet skis. It's a lovely spot to go for a walk and have a swim. Perfect for kids to play in the sand and paddle in the water. Hastings Street (Noosa's main beach) is approximately 1.5km's away. Walk along Noosa Parade and watch the sunset over the river as you walk over the bridge. Take the bikes (complete with helmets and a bike lock) and ride there. There are also buses that will take you there.
