Summary:
Super stylish with updates throughout, this beautiful apartment consists of two levels, on the lower level you will find a well-appointed kitchen, living/dining opening to a private balcony. On the upper level are two bedrooms, the master with a luxurious king bed and ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. With all the creature comforts such as air-con, BBQ and a lock up garage nothing has been missed on this one. a stylish experience at this centrally located place.

Located on the ever-popular Parkyn Parade, straight across from Mooloolaba Spit and only a short stroll to both The Wharf and Mooloolaba Esplanade you will be sure to enjoy every moment of your stay in this apartment!

Getting Around:
Getting around TARA7 is a breeze! You'll find convenient public transport options nearby to explore Mooloolaba and the surrounding Sunshine Coast. Parking is available with a secure lock-up garage for one car. For those flying in, Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Brisbane Airport (BNE) is a bit further, about a 1.5-hour drive. From the apartment, you can easily walk to the local bus stops for access to the wider region.

Other Things to Note:
🔹 Rates: Stay for 7 or more nights and enjoy 10% off the standard rate. Stay for 21 or more nights and receive a 20% discount — with rates automatically adjusted at the time of booking.
🔹 Linen, bath towels, and essentials are provided, including a starter pack of toiletries & kitchen basics. (For stays longer than 2 days, we recommend bringing extra supplies.)
🔹Please note that our properties have special terms and conditions. In particular, we would like you to review our “Quiet hours” no party policies that apply to most properties (some exceptions apply). This property does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings.
🔹PLEASE BE AWARE - We do require a pre-authorisation for this property of $200.00. This is taken at the time of check-in using a credit card or debit card. This amount is held off your available funds and released after 10-14 days to cover any miscellaneous charges, damages, or breakages. This constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Holiday Mooloolaba.

Taranaki

While Taranaki was in a great location for our purposes I need to point out the access is not ideal. There are two flights of stairs to the front door, then a steep & narrow internal flight of stairs to the bedrooms & bathrooms. They are not great for sore/old knees & carrying suitcases. Thus was the first property I have rented in many years that did not have a hair dryer. It was neat & tidy and had the minimum requirements in kitchen.
