The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting with a screened-in porch, a private saltwater swimming pool (open from Easter - October) adjacent to the home, and a ground-level deck area with a glider, picnic table, and grilling area. Enjoy relaxing marsh views as you prepare your meal on a Weber gas grill. Enjoy an evening beverage while you view marsh wildlife including deer, heron, egrets as well as the rare bobcat. After a long day at the beach or the pool (pool floats and toys provided), you can enjoy the outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart in the storage room. Spend family time playing board games or corn hole.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.
