"Great property for a large group. We had 8 guys stay for a golf trip in the area, with plenty of beds upstairs and downstairs for everyone. Excellent amenities in the house and Karen was very accommodating with any requests we had."

"Perfect family getaway in a great location!Julie was an amazing host Easy to communicate with, friendly, and nothing was ever a problem. She really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect — her attention to detail and quick responses made everything easy and stress-free.The house had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing stay; just bring your bag, some food, and a few beers and you’re all set! The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family of seven. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, and we loved the thoughtful touches throughout — things like toilet spray in the bathrooms, tennis rackets and balls ready to use, and a washer and dryer for those mid-stay washes.The kids loved all the games, the pool table, and the short, beautiful walk to the beach. It’s such a great setup for families — plenty of space for everyone, games and activities to keep the kids busy, and that easy walk to the beach made every day feel like an adventure.We enjoyed relaxing in the spa bath after a day at the beach. The house is even better than the photos, and the location makes it a great base for exploring the area. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly coastal escape."

"We loved our stay at Denham’s Beach. The view from the lounge and balcony was beautiful. The apartment had plenty of space, was clean and tidy, and had all the ammenities we needed. "

"Access to house with belongings difficult as necessitated stairs. I'm not a fan of showers over bath tubs.Would have benefited from things such as cruet,oil etc.Too much kitchen stoirage used up with appliances - no room for our food."

"Honestly this place did not live up to the standards i was expecting, the first problem we found was the BBQ that was there, it was incredibly rusty and took way too long to clean, the second problem was the outdoor eating area was unusable, the table and chairs were rotting and part of then had already fallen off, the third problem was the driveway there was a significant amount of moss growing and made 2 of the group staying with me to slip on it, the final problem im adding is the top floor constantly felt like a sauna, no air conditioner up there and no real airflow going upstairs from downstairs where the only AC unit was"

"Gorgeous main room, and plenty of room for the kids too. Bedding was supplied, but sheets could do with updating. Kitchen was well appointed, with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses. BBQ functioned well and lounge area was great. A few beanbags or similar for the lounge area would be good, as the house can sleep 7 but only enough lounges for 6. "
