condo has a washer/dryer in the unit.



Located approximately 2 miles from the Pier at Garden City, Sam's Corner and

other shops and restaurants at Garden City Beach. It's appox. 1/2 mile to the

Surfside Pier, Scotty's Beach Bar, Neal and Pam's Bar and Grill, Bubba's Fish

Shack, River City Cafe and other shops and restaurants. Don't feel like

sitting in a restaurant.... the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals

at home or Head out back to the grilling & picnic area with take-out or for a

cookout by the beach



The building has an elevator, an indoor heated pool and free wireless

Internet.

\- Spacious outdoor area for family games (we rent bocce ball, corn hole,

horseshoes and ladder ball).

\- One assigned parking spot.

\- Non-smoking.

\- Linens, surfboards, beach chairs, boogie boards, bicycles, coolers, beach

umbrellas, kayaks, etc. available for rent (free delivery to & from your

oceanfront condo!)

\- Motorcycle friendly but no trailer parking on property.

\- Early check-in may be available for a nominal fee.

\- Brochures and discount coupons to area attractions



Linens are not included and there is an amount of fee applies for Linen
