Located in Surfside Beach, AKA "The Family Beach," this condo has all your family needs for a great vacation getaway. Artfully decorated and right on the oceanfront, with one ocean front bedroom that opens onto the porch, this lovely condo will sleep 7 comfortably. With a private washer and dryer, a sleek, updated and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful counters and flat screen TVs in each bedroom, this condo will have you in full relax mode! Enjoy the ocean before you from your seat on the ocean front porch. It's all you need for the best vacation! This condo offers nightly rentals on a last-minute basis as well, and is available for winter rentals.

Shores of Surfside I is located 3.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story complex offers direct oceanfront views. Experience beach living at Shores of Surfside I. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. Have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf, barbeque at the complex's grilling area, or just relax on your private balcony! Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Love the deck

This is an awesome condo. The pictures do not lie! The deck was perfect when you didn't feel like going to the beach-got great sun all day.The only negative thing I could say is the stairs-but, you know that when you book it. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.There is everyting you could possibly need in the condo. Would definately book again.

Great location for a family vacation.

Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Nice view from the balcony, located near all the necessities, well equipped kitchen and a pool. The only things that I have a complaint about is how small the master bathroom shower is and the outdated keyed entry. The adults had to use the other shower because of how cramped the master is and we aren't overweight. We have stayed at multiple places throughout the years and this is the first place that doesn't have keyless entry, so you have to constantly remember to grab the key before going anywhere. Other than those 2 minor things, this is a great place to stay!!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We love Surfside Beach and this was our first time at this property. Very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Perfect for a small group. The property was exactly how I saw it on the website. Our family will definitely come back in the future.

Peaceful Retreat

We have had no issues with any property rented thru VRBO. We love the Surfside beach area. Relaxing and the absence of the larger resorts adds up to a less populated beach which we love. We will continue to stay in the area as long as it stays this way.

This property was perfect for us. We really liked that it was in Surfside Beach as the area and beach felt much less crowded than closer to Myrtle Beach. The size of the condo was perfect for three adults. It was a great find.

Nice property!

The property was well equipped with all the comforts of home. We did experience an issue with the ceiling in the living room from an apparent leak. Pieces of the ceiling fell on the sofa bed while we were sitting and/or sleeping. A work order was submitted but we asked them not to begin the work while we were vacationing. If the repair work is completed we would stay at this location again.
