"Staff friendly. Old building done up really well in a great location. Cloise to waterfront (Coal Harbour) and shopping district (Robson and Albernie streets) - close to all downtown amenities really. Room was large, clean and comfortable. There was no bathtub, large shower only. "

The club lounge was very cozy with a nice view of the harbour. And the food was good and service was great. Highly recommend it to stay at their Lounge Access Club room it was worth it. "
