My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 4 overlooking the marina. We also enjoyed eating in the restaurant that evening. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the quiet peaceful evening. The meal was excellent and the view of the water made it nice. Our food came out hot and delicious. My only comment would be that the hushpuppies were either undercooked, too dry and not really edible. We asked the waitress about them, and she said that is how they come. Maybe the chef can compare them to other restaurant's hushpuppies. Everything else was excellent. We highly recommend the Seafood Company lodging and restaurant.

We stayed in Room 3, if the other rooms were as great as ours then it would be hard to beat this location. The view of the river and sunset were awesome. The restaurant service would be hard to beat anywhere and the food was excellent. All in all we loved our stay at Surry Seafood Inn.

A nice one-night stay, complete with a dramatic sunset. Two things to know: there are no breakfast restaurants nearby, and the bedroom, while private, doesn’t have a window. Oh, and 25 stairs to get to the room level, which was a challenge for us but for others will be a non-issue. The seafood restaurant downstairs is perfect for lunch and dinner, and the free ferry to Jamestown is incredibly convenient.

Beautiful. The rooms are nice, and with only a few it feels like an Airbnb. The seafood restaurant in the first floor is pretty good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Just such a great area!!
