"Beware!!!! When were checked in we were told the room we booked was unavailable. We kept asking ‘how that was possible?’ And assistant manager just kept saying ‘i understand’. We asked several times but kept getting the same response of ‘I understand’. We never got an answer. Still don’t know why the room we booked wasn’t available When we finally got to a room it was open and looked like someone had used the beds. The room was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky and had hair everywhere. It looked like it had never been cleaned, ever. I cannot overstate how dirty it was. The people that checked in behind us also had the same thing happen to their room, open and filthy. We left and went to a different hotel and they were already there also checking in. I cannot warn you enough, do not stay here! We drove 4 plus hours four a college visit and we almost didn’t have a place to stay. You couldn’t pay me enough to ever even think about staying here. We felt dirty just being in that room and hotel for just 10 minutes. We literally had to Lysol wipe our shoes because we felt they were contaminated. Do not stay here. The front desk was not helpful, unorganized and just didn’t seem to care. Never answered our concerns or questions. Did get a refund but had to call hotels.com and have them call the hotel for refund confirmation. It was a horrible experience and one we won’t soon forget. It made us rethink ever staying at a Wyndham ever again. Beware "

"Everything was great with the exception that there was so much construction going on in the lobby and front entrance that it was a bit chaotic during this time."

"We loved this apartment for our weekend stay in Rochester. The heated floors were a treat to experience and Margaret is a great host! Would love to stay here again. "

"Overall i had a good experience at this property. It was very clean and in a good location. There were some minor issues which the property manager did attempt to address right away such as lack of blankets in the bedroom and garbage disposal, not working properly. Overall, it was a great value and I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Really clean and comfy! Check-in directions were straightforward and easy to understand. Only downside was I attempted to get in touch with the owner with some questions and didn’t get a response. Super close to downtown and some good food and the neighborhood it’s in is very cool. Would totally stay again!"

"Everything was exactly what we expected upon booking.The water was very hot in bath which I loved. The only thing we would have enjoyed a little bit more was a TV in the bedroom. However it wasn't a deal breaker. The stay was pleasant and comfortable."
