This stylishly decorated holiday home is designed with well-being in mind, featuring many practical and well-considered details. It’s perfect for a large family wanting to spend time together, but also offers quiet corners for reading or relaxing in peace. The sea view over Svaneke is stunning — visible from the living room, the property, and the terrace, where you can watch nature unfold on land and sea.

The house accommodates 8 people, has a floor area of 136 m², and was built in 2023. Pets are not allowed. It is heated with geothermal energy, and there is underfloor heating throughout. A washing machine and a freezer (90 L capacity) are available.



The property is a natural plot of 1,147 m², located 500 m from the sea. The nearest shop is 800 m away, and there is a golf course 20 km from the house. There is both an open and a covered terrace, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.



A Type 2 charging point for electric vehicles (11 kW) is installed. Parking is available on site.
