"As soon as I got the room, I found the room so dirty, there was a piece of hair around toilet seat! In the evening when I asked staff person at 6 oclock to give me a cup of hot water for tea, they told me that the kitchen is closed and they don't have hot water! The most terrible experience was about breakfast I encountered couple of mosquitoes in my orange juice!!! and the coffee creamer was expired! It's a sheer waste of money and time I won't recommend this terrible experience to anyone!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Check-in was honestly pretty frustrating. There were a lot of people arriving at the same time (it looked like multiple buses had just come in), so it was very crowded and slow. On top of that, my card kept getting declined 3–4 times, even though I knew I had funds available. The staff member kept running it as debit, even after I mentioned trying it as credit. I ended up calling my bank, and they confirmed it should be processed as credit—once that was finally done, it went through. That part was stressful and could have been handled better. That said, the rest of my stay was great. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. I really liked the overall look and feel of the hotel. So overall, a good stay—but the check-in process definitely needs improvement."

"Lovely grounds, but loud landscaping going much of the afternoon. Nice breakfast spread, but many items were not restocked and very few allergy friendly items."

"This was the most horrible experience we have ever had at a hotel booked through Expedia. The parking lot was full of suspicious looking people. The front office attendant was struggling with a couple who looked filthy and were obviously under the influence of a substance. They could barely speak or stand. My husband waited over 15 min. The attendant never acknowledged him and continued to deal with the couple. Finally, my husband decided that we would not even be checking in to this horrible place. We left and found another hotel. Did not get our money back but we checked in to a place we felt comfortable at. Would give this place negative stars if possible. "

"Great house in a peaceful neighborhood. Bright living areas and nice piano. Quick note for future travelers is that there are two spaces in this house, the front is rented separately, but we weren’t bothered at all. In this large space there are no restrooms on the ground floor though.Host was great, quick comms and nice guy."
