Guests have full, private access to the entire home during their stay, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and any outdoor areas like the patio or garden.

Quiet hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain good relations with neighbors.

No parties or events:
This is a peaceful space intended for relaxation. No smoking, If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Self check-in:
Available via lockbox—details will be provided before your stay. Checking in and out check-in between 16:00 – 00:00 checkout before 10:00.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
