Swansea has a good selection of shops and restaurants, plenty of walks along the seafront and marina and onward travel down to Mumbles and the Gower makes it a good base for an enjoyable break.

I'm originally from Swansea, the hotel is about a fifteen minute walk to the city centre. It's well situated. Swansea has improved greatly over past few years. People are friendly, beaches are great! The marina and restaurants are goid!

We booked both uber and taxi and found them to be good value. If you visit Swansea centre, do check out Swansea indoor market - we were amazed there was so much inside. Had to try the Welsh cakes!!!!

The Botanical gardens are worth a visit, most peaceful place. Although we did not try Mumbles has it's own London Eye.

"Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. "

"All as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only £1 for 3 hours so £8 for 24hours. Happy to return "
