"This place was decent for the price and we enjoyed our stay since the location was close to the mall and the beach. We had a couple of issues though , the pillows smelled bad and the shower curtain. We immediately requested for new pillows and new shower curtains which were immediately replaced by the staff upon request. I would still come back here because of the amazing service we experienced with them. Mahalo and until next time."

"I was by myself and I chose the 2 beds so I could have spare to place my clothes. My goal was to be carefree. The bathroom was clean but was good just for 1 or 2 people. I think it was properly maintained. Nothing that looked icky. Sheets and pillows smell good not like other hotels where it still smelled like another person’s pillow. Staff team was nice. Breakfast was good. 2 kinds of meat, rice, all kinds of bread, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, coffee. The dining area was 5/5. Very clean, spacious, no food smell that clings to the room. It looks like a clean and sassy dining area. Very good lighting as the 2 sides of the room were all big windows with outside seating. Seats and tables look new and always clean. It’s 10-15 mins to Waikiki Beach. Close to Target, the mall and the area where the food trucks are and they close late like 11 pm. It’s also close to restaurants and the well-known bakery/bakeshop."

"The hotel was a gem!! Huge rooms, great ac, comfy bed, hot hot water, good breakfast, really kind staff, fantastic little store for snacks/drinks and personal items, and super conveniently located! Close to Ala Moana mall! Parking was wonderful! They even have washers and dryers so we didn’t have to come home with dirty clothes! We will 100% stay here again!! Absolutely loved the proximity to everything in Waikiki while still being off the beaten path for tourists! My husband and his family are from Honolulu and said the Pagoda Hotel is wonderful and where the locals stay because it’s away from the touristy stuff but still close to everything. I cannot say enough good things about our stay!!!"
