Terribe customer service and communication

The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. We accepted after he promised a partial refund as i had no choice by then as it was too close to the stay. I am still waiting for that refund…. The place itself was clean, and it was fine for a 2 night stay whilst i had to attend a course. However, the parking was really full every day that we were there and awkward to even get into so ended up using the free off street parking. I wouldn’t use this property if you rely on the parking. Fine if you don’t have a car because you are close to everything you need. I will definitely not be using this owner again, he was absolutely terrible with customer service.

Great location and everything you need

Superb communication and absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay in this self contained apartment. Close to shops and restaurants (closed at the moment but it looked like a nice area to go out in once things open up) would definitely stay again

The property needs a good overhaul with basic maintenance. All blinds were of poor repair, window frames need replacing/painting, hole in bedroom wall with exposed pipes, shower screen hanging off and pullout sofa bed broken. Also the front door opened without needing a code entered.

In need of a touch up.

The stay was good and in a great location to go out in old town. Everything is comfy and works but the place could do with a touch up. Wouldn't take much to have the place in fantastic condition. Communication was great. If you're just looking for a place to crash this place is perfect.
