The moment we arrived, we felt cozy, comfortable, and completely at home. Every detail was thoughtful, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing, memorable stay.We loved walking into town, meeting new friends, and soaking up the wonderful views, live music, and great food. "We enjoyed a 3 generation vacation and this house meet all of our needs. Patty was wonderful with all of my questions before, during and after our trip. We even left something behind and it should be in the mail for us.Location was ideal for what we wanted to do. Close enough to see RMNP, Estes Park and the quaint town of Nederland has wonderful food options and shops. The day after we left the strip mall in town had a fire that destroyed everything. The grands had really had a wonderful time at the Wild Bear Nature Center and our hearts go out to them and the animals that perished. Also had a good time on The Carousel Of Happiness and thankful that was spared. "

"Simply an amazing place to stay and visit. Nederland itself is such a cool small town with a lot of very friendly people. The views from the property are just stunning. We lucked out with some amazing sunsets and even some distant thunderstorms that were a real treat to watch passing over the mountains. Highly recommend this place and is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed!"
