- No manual lock on door.
- Sink next to the bed.
- Tiny toilet, I’m short and if I closed the door, my knees touched the door. No idea how a tall person would fit. The toilet is literally next to your head when you sleep.
- Extremely noisy from traffic. my room was basically next to the main Princes Hwy road.
- The rooms have no sound proofing. You can clearly hear people talking in the next room. You can also hear their TV loudly.
- Can hear the water run through the pipes which are visible in the ceiling of the room and covered with fake leaves
- Light bulb was squealing, had to remove the bulb that was so old and dusty and hadn’t been replaced.
- Fridge was noisy and had to unplug.
- No phone to call reception.
- Went out for the whole day on day 1 and room still wasn’t made up. I didn’t say anything to reception but when it happened again on day 2, I asked reception and they said no housekeeping. I had to ask for a fresh towel. The details on their website ad includes housekeeping.
- No do not disturb sign for the door.
- The hallway light shines so brightly through the gap under the door. I had to put a towel over it to block out the light.
- No safe.
- No one told me when I checked in that reception would close at 10pm and you need to access the side door using a passcode. Luckily there was a mobile number to call and someone answered to tell me the PIN. This information should be told to all guests upon check in. They include it on the card that has your room
