The bonus Nespresso coffee was much appreciated. We arrived late and our email function hadn't received CRH late arrival procedure. So we had to disturb by phoning after hours phone number. Perhaps a text message would be a good alternative to email

Good place but need renovation.

The room was big, the kitchen facilites were really helpful. However, the air conditioning was old, noisy and would stop working from time to time. The cable TV became unavailable one day and its remote control was not working properly (I had to press the buttons on the TV set). So, it was a good place, but in need of maintenance. There are also big stairs to go up, so, if you have problems carrying your baggage, that can be a problem.

The remote for the tv did bit work. I told reception and they came up with 2 other remotes but they didn’t work either. There was tiles falling off in the kitchen. The fridge door would not close properly as there was too much ice in the freezer part. I would not recommend this place.
