Tired and run down, curtains were broken and the floor was disgusting. It is not advertised enough that the restaurant and bar is not actually apart of checkers and you have to walk over to a separate hotel to get to it.

I have stayed here many times, but honestly they need a full time gardening and definitely get the spa fixed always broken. Nice staff but overall needs to be maintained with the gardens and pool area

We had an excellent one night stay on Friday night. The check-in was efficient, the room was clean. The mattress could do with sn upgrade and the bathroom basin was not fixed to the vanity. Apparently there are plans for a redevelopment which we would welcome

Very quiet place to stay even when most of the hotel was booked out. Parking straight outside the room especially with large 4wd. Great location to get around to do your business activites and everything was good in the hotel room. Clean, quiet and everthing worked and I would stay there again next time going to Sydney.

Brilliant location. Professional staff - Naomi (the manager) is very warm & approachable. Akash is very professional & responsive. Clean rooms and excellent location. A lot of parking which is what I needed. I’m definitely coming back!

Friendly reception and clean accommodation.

Clean and simple accommodation. Reception and greeting was outstanding. Unfortunately some of the facilities (sauna & spa) were not working when we stayed. Bed was comfy though bedding was minimal and needed more blankets. In the end we had to use the AC to be comfortable while sleeping.

The resort is advertised as having swimming pool and tennis court but they are not usable. The swimming pool is filled with leaves most of the time and tennis court is non usable. The good thing is it is peaceful place.The staff was very helpful and tried to make our stay comfortable, so thank you very much to the staff.

This property is very dated but the yard and surrounds are a bit of a mess. The TV didnt work properly and the noise was a bit offputting The reception checkin was slow but efficient

Staff - What staff? The room was in good condition and shower was fabulous. As for amenities the pool area had mostly been maintained but the surrounding vegetation and nook fountain needed TLC. Only spending one night on a Friday night it was disappointing not to have Dinner on site and an option to have breakfast to your room. As for coming back after a business dinner It would have been nice to have had a drink at the bar before retiring. This so called resort that has so much potential is sadly lacking in customer experience. I would not be in a rush to recommend your accommodation unless purely for an over night stay before moving on. Advertising a conference center how long since this has happened? You have a potential for end of year work parties with a difference. With restaurant set up and bar. And accommodation to boot.

Nice find!

The Palms restaurant looked amazing even though we didn’t get to go. Next time though we will for sure. Great location close to Terrey Hills Tavern - great pub with good red wine! Bed was super comfy and the room was spacious. Microwave was available if requested. Late checkout was perfect

My daughter and so loved and enjoyed our stay at Checkers . The only thing I could fault was there was NO KETTLE to make a cuppa !! Everything else supplied though. Would definitely come back. 😊
