No Smoking/Vaping
Smoking in the house, including the balcony or the garden will incur a fine of $300 plus additional cleaning fees to deodorise the house.
Check in 2-4pm or by arrangement.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house, with the exception of two rooms which are locked and not included in the listing.
