Summary:
Fresh Hampton styled two-bedroom apartment on the magnificent Sydney Harbour waterfront offering uninterrupted views of the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, and Lavender Bay. Only minutes by ferry to Sydney CBD.
The Space:
Immaculately presented apartment comprising two bedrooms with built in wardrobes, one bathroom, a fully functional kitchen & dining area, workspace desk, wireless internet, and a comfortable lounge area positioned with a beautiful north easterly aspect on the 7th floor of the Harbourside waterfront complex at McMahon's Point.
The apartment is accessed by lift from a secure entrance and reception area. A laundry is located on the same floor as the apartment with washing machine and dryer available at a nominal charge. The complex is set in a quiet & tranquil environment with exclusive access to an onsite swimming pool, BBQ area and outdoor dining facilities beside the Harbour.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to enjoy the facilities of the complex. One cupboard in the apartment will be locked for the owner's personal storage.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
McMahons Point sits on the peninsula flanked by Berry’s Bay to the west and Lavender Bay to the east. It is within easy walking distance to North Sydney and a quick ferry ride to Circular Quay enabling access to all Sydney has to offer whilst presenting a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind beside the Harbour or in the surrounding parks & gardens. The al fresco street cafés and restaurants on Blue’s Point Road are within easy walking distance and provide a range of options for coffee, a drink, eating out or just spending time with family & friends.
Getting Around:
The apartment includes one on-site car park with other parking available outside the property. A short (50m) walk to the McMahon’s Point Ferry Wharf provides access to Cross Harbour ferry services, Parramatta River ferry services and the Sydney bus network. Catch the bus or walk (approximately 1km) to North Sydney station to access train services on the North Shore Line, Western Line and Northern Line of the Sydney train network. Our suggestion is park the car and enjoy the ferry.
Other Things to Note:
Washer and Dryer is in the building not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.
The apartment & complex are strictly no smoking, use of the apartment & complex is on the basis of that there will be no parties or events and pets are not allowed. Guests should note NSW Government’s Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
