What We Love
Indigo is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the top floor of an Art Deco building in Double Bay, Sydney, about a 7 minute walk from Edgecliff Station and a 5 minute walk from Double Bay village. It sleeps up to 4 guests in a queen bedroom with a Juliet balcony and a twin room with two single beds, and comes with reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living room, a balcony off the living area and an off-street car space. Rated 5 stars by past guests.
It suits couples, families with young children (a cot and high chair are available), friends travelling together, corporate guests needing parking and quick train access to the CBD, and longer stays, with a full kitchen and dishwasher.
Living & Dining
Contemporary design meets Art Deco character in this light, bright apartment. The large open plan living and dining area flows out to a sunny balcony, and the quiet position makes it a lovely place to settle in with a good book and a glass of wine. A TV with cable and Netflix and streaming services makes for easy nights in.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen has stone benchtops and quality appliances, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender, plus all the cooking basics and wine glasses.
Sleep & Bathroom
Both bedrooms are dressed in hotel-grade linen. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and French doors opening to a Juliet balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Both bedrooms have fans and black-out blinds. The full-sized bathroom has a separate bath and shower, with body wash, conditioner and a hair dryer supplied.
