The Space:
The apartment includes a balcony overlooking Manly Corso, a sofa, 55-inch Samsung smart TV with streaming services like Netflix etc., queen size bed, wardrobe with safe, kitchenette, bathroom with bath, washing machine and dryer.
There is a gymnasium and sauna on the same floor which is available for use by guests.
Notice: Renovation Work Starting 16 February 2026
Unit 202 will undergo a full renovation starting Monday 16 February. Guests in units adjacent, above, or below 202 may experience construction noise, especially during the first week (demolition and jackhammering).
After the first week, noise will be intermittent and minor as work continues. Most other units will not be affected.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Please be mindful of neighbours who have a right to enjoy their property so no noise after 9pm or before 7am. No smoking at all in the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Manly is a vibrant community where there is always something going on. The beach is 100m flat walk away and is spectacular. The promenade takes you from Manly Beach to Shelley Beach on one end and all the way to Queenscliff Beach on the other end. There are local markets in the Corso every weekend and plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from. There are various hiking trails to North Head and also to the Spit. Manly is the gateway to the Northern Beaches which is idyllic for lifestyle. Many people choose to live there and commute to the city by ferry for work.
Getting Around:
Manly Wharf is across the road and you can take a ferry to the city which takes 20 minutes. Alternatively there are bus stops all around the building that take you to Warringah Mall, Palm Beach or the CBD.
There are 4 Council Car Parks within walking distance of the apartment.
There is a commercial car park directly under the same Grande Esplanade Building at 54A West Esplanade Manly (Max Height is 2.1m and entrance is via Gilbert Street). Fees are $6 per hour with a max of $36 per day plus $36 for overnight.
Other Things to Note:
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
Strictly NO hanging of laundry on balconies.
