Apartment was as pictured and was of high quality. Staff were all helpful and polite. What needs to be understood when booking these apartments is that the area in which they are located is terrible. There is nothing to do, everything is run down and the options for eating out are extremely limited. There's a large Westfield shopping centre at the end of the road which doesn't have that many major retailers in it and closes at 5:30pm. There is a train station a 10 minute walk away which provides good transport links across Sydney and the wider area. Although the apartment was nice, the area in which it is located made me feel that the price paid was too high.

Great location, Westfield Liverpool just 2 mins down the road. Plenty of shopping areas and a great coffee shop near Monarch on the other side of the road (past Liverpool Plaza). Washing machine and dryer included, as well as toiletries. Only downside is that if you arrive late back from an outing at night there will probably be no carparks left.

No instructions to get washing machine or cook top working. No frying pan, no tea towels, no drying rack. Had issues with dishwasher. Dirty flooring, especially around the bottom of skirting boards. Bathroom fan not working. Carpet in bedroom soiled/stained. Still was a pleasant stay, but certainly not worth over $200 a night (without discount). Hotel reception upon arrival and departure, absolutely lovely. Had issues with one reception lady who didn't allow my daughter back in and I had to come down to collect her..... Fantastic location, very close to shopping centre and shops.
