The carpet in the lounge area is very grubby. There were old household goods stacked around the garbages outside looking very untidy. There is no handbook for the washer/dryer and we could not open it. Phoned number provided but received no assistance. Eventually accessed machine after finding a handbook online. There is a child safety lock. When I booked I was advised that I’d need to pay a security deposit at check in. When I had not received details of how to access the property the day before arrival I made telephone enquiries and was told that there is no reception and I had to pay the security deposit over the phone then to receive access details. All very unsatisfactory. Being hotels.com website I expected to be booking into a hotel rather than an air bnb type arrangement.
