The staff were efficient and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. Everything would have been perfect except there was light pollution: 1) a bathroom window without blinds combined with a see-through bathroom door meant the door glowed, and 2) the backlights of the two wall panels (air con and room status) cannot be turned off. I built a tower of pillows to cover the panels, which helped, but I couldn't darken the bathroom door.

The location is excellent. It is close to everything. There are lots of activities, lots of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk around the neighbourhood and enjoyed ourselves. The staff is friendly. The room is big. The breakfast buffet was good.

Great location especially to ICC. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Breakfast had a variety of options for all preferences. The room was clean and modern. However, the bathroom had an occasional sewer smell and some mould in the grout. Otherwise a flawless experience near everything. I would stay again.
