Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.
