Everything all right, just where to parking our car, otherwise someone stole. Another one the aircon in the room I stay doesn't work properly, it's was the day I stay and need some cool, but the air wasn't working. Thank you

When you just need a place to sleep with no frills

Basic of basic no kitchen but kfc is walking distance. Open carpark so your car is open to vandalism. Chips and nuts available only through qr code in bedroom. Bed is ok for comfort but is on the floor with no frame or legs

Very noisy at night by other guests. The shared toilets were terrible. Sticky floors and clogged toilets, it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were lovely at check in, but clearly the cleaning and maintenance is under staffed, because both the female toilets were blocked, showers dirty, the hot water wasn't working properly so I had a cold shower. It's also very noisy.Stay there if you'd like to traumatise yourself...

Booking accommodation through a third party confused the hotel's understanding of the guest's required needs. The manager did a great job rearranging and meeting some of the requested needs. The heavy room doors closing in the hallway did affect how we slept.

Staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed chatting to the person at check in. Unfortunately the rooms were quite dusty and smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. There were no windows that could open so we couldn’t even try to get fresh air. The bed was pretty comfortable. I’d recommend using earplugs because the mini fridge was quite loud and the walls were quite thin so you could hear a lot from other rooms.

We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and I brought it to the receptionist’s attention. He was prompt to address the issue. The mirror in the bedroom is also broken. We did not bother asking for a replacement.

I’ve stayed here nearly weekly for many years but never again. The toilets had toilet paper everywhere, the floor in my room was dirty, the sheets had black marks all over it. I rang to complain as people were noisy until 1am and nothing was done. Noisy people having arguments late until the night and doors slamming has happened three stays in a row. Why would I stay somewhere where I get a terrible nights sleep.
