I am a female and was traveling solo. Stayed in a 4 person co-ed room with 3 male roommates and had a great experience. I slept on the top bunk and the bed was extremely comfortable. The locker space was spacious. I fit my carry-on suitcase and full backpack along with some other bags in there. The room and spaces were clean. I packed my own lock and a small noise machine. If you are a light sleeper, would definitely recommend bringing ear plugs/eye mask, but otherwise everyone was respectful and mindful. The staff were all warm and welcoming. The location and space overall were great and a quick walking distance to catch the light rail or to Central Station. Although the hostel offered many great and fun looking activities, I was not able to partake. Will definitely be staying here again when I travel to Sydney again!

The kitchen is very small for the amount of people in the hostel and it would be nice to have a social space to chill open later. The area by the kitchen closes at 10pm and then it’s down to the lobby. The events put on by the hostel are super and make it very easy to make friends. The dorms are big and lots of space to keep belongings

So impressed by this facility and staff….They have this concept down! Clean, safe, and remarkably quiet during quiet hours…terrific value and with the modern gym and sauna I realized they had far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for the great stay!

Great hostel to stay at, full of young adults and other travellers. Lots of activities to get to know people, and recently added sauna, ice plunge, and gym. Clean, well maintained, relatively quiet. Only thing is that it is located above a bar/club, so if you are a light sleeper be aware.

Had lots of activities and good for meeting people at the bar scene and common areas. Accommodation itself was super basic and old. Had private room that was extremely small and expensive. Location was great with lots within walking distance, but was kind of a dodgy area.

I had reserved for 5 days in a room for 4 people and after the first night they canceled and wanted for mi to pay extra to get an individual room. I was very disappointed and will not recommend this hostal since they were very hostile towards me. Expedia did not inform of age limit and they do have an age limit. Being older than the age limit they canceled me, but offered to stay at another room for an extra 100 aud per night. Horrible experience. Never again. Expedia needs to check on hostal's policies.
