Spacious sunny 2 bedroom apartment with AC
Master bedroom - queen bed with large built in's and en-suite.
2nd Bedroom - queen bed and wardrobe

Modern Kitchen - dishwasher , microwave and fridge
Internal laundry - washing machine and dryer
Balcony
Internal Garage with internal access.
*BBQ is not available.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Located within a 5 min walk to the glorious Coogee Beach .
Within a 5 min walk to a large selection of leading restaurants in Coogee , along with famous hotels .
Also located within a 5 minute walk to the famous Ritz movie theatre , and The Spot eateries .
Getting Around:
Internal access Garage

2 minute walk to bus stop
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
For ALL reservations except in Airbnb: There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card.
Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.
Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out. Simply send us a message via the channel where you booked, we have a 100% response rate. We are also just a phone call away :)
