The Alte Friesenhaus is situated on a spacious 1,400-square-meter lot and offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. The lovingly landscaped garden features a variety of outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a beach chair—perfect for quiet moments in the fresh air.
Your private parking space is located directly in front of the house. There is also a garage for bicycles and a shared washing machine, which you are welcome to use.

The bright and inviting “Ost” apartment welcomes you with a spacious living area and direct access to the private terrace, which faces a sunny southeast. Especially in the morning, this is a wonderful spot for a relaxed breakfast—protected by the historic Friesenwall, which keeps out both the wind and prying eyes and creates a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.

In the living area, you’ll find a cozy seating area with a couch and armchair, ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a movie night together. The dining table, which seats up to four people, is perfect for leisurely meals, while the historic pine cabinet lends the room its very special Frisian charm. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa if needed, providing additional sleeping space.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could ask for—including an oven, dishwasher, and all the cooking essentials. The quiet bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed as well as a dresser with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe.

A private parking space is available on the property, and there’s even a wallbox for electric cars that can be used with an EC card.

Your four-legged companion doesn’t have to stay at home either: A small dog is welcome (for an additional fee).

If you’re traveling with family or friends or simply want more space, the “Ost” apartment can be perfectly combined with the “West” apartment across the way. Both are located on the first floor and share the same main entrance. In addition, the “Scheune” and “Unterm Reet” apartments are also available in the building.

This beautiful old Frisian house, built in 1874, is set in a 1,400-square-meter garden with mature trees. There’s also a sandbox for our younger guests, as well as a ping-pong table.

In total, this former farmhouse—featuring original classic Frisian elements—offers 4 lovingly furnished apartments. All apartments have their own terrace and access to the wonderfully large garden. Parking spaces are located directly on the property.

Morsum has retained its rural character. Within a few minutes on foot or by bike, you can reach the bakery, the Edeka grocery store, or a nice, well-kept restaurant. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the mudflats (with beautiful sunsets). There are horseback riding stables and a golf course in town. The Wadden Sea is only about 1 km away, and the sandy beach on the west side of the island is about 13 km away—easily accessible even by bike.

MORSUM
A North Sea vacation surrounded by breathtaking nature. In the eastern part of the island lies the rural vacation paradise of Morsum, where you can enjoy breathtaking natural landscapes and find wonderful relaxation. You can also enjoy a countryside vacation on Sylt. This small village entices visitors with impressive rock formations and tranquil heathland interspersed with green meadows, offering an idyllic area for hiking. In Morsum, you’ll experience a different side of Sylt.

The Morsum Cliff near Nösse on the mudflats north of the Hindenburg Dam is an archaeological sensation, unique in all of Europe in terms of its geological structure. Surrounded by heathland of breathtaking beauty, it appears as a picturesque snapshot of eight million years of Earth’s history and delights visitors with the fascinating play of colors in its rock layers, which are particularly beautifully highlighted by the evening light of the setting sun. A natural history and geology tour will give you an even deeper understanding of the cliff’s uniqueness.
