This is a wonderful hotel, in a perfect location in Westerland, Sylt. Almost all of the staff were friendly, cheerful, helpful, gracious. The only recommendation I would have is that the lady at reception be a bit less gruff and less of the stern schoolmistress type. My feeling that she did not have a great deal of experience with non-German guests. I'm sure she did not mean it, but she didn't come across as too friendly. Nanu....can't have everything, I guess!

This 4 star hotel did not deserve the stars. No air conditioning (we could not sleep because it was too hot in the room, bed was not comfortable, breakfast was restricted.

Komfort ok. Men vi kunne have brugt en ordentlig god lænestol, da den ene dag vi valgte at blive på hotellet pga stærkt regnvejr hele dagen. Og det var ikke god at bruge sovesofa som en sofa. Og det andet mangler åben kaffeautomaten udenfor jeres tidsrum.

Sehr guter Service Das Hotel ist nicht 24/7 besetzt und wir erst gegen 20:00 eingecheckt hatten wurden wir hervorragend informiert und willkommen geheißen. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und es mangelte an nichts alles wurde schnell ausgefüllt und auch Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt

Alles schön eingerichtet, schneller Check In und Check Out, schöner Speisesaal und das Zimmer war ebenfalls schön eingerichtet. Es lohnt sich sehr :)

Wir hatten leider eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Schon der Empfang war äußerst unfreundlich, was uns gleich ein schlechtes Gefühl gab. In der Hotelbeschreibung hieß es, es gäbe kostenlose, nicht überdachte Parkplätze ohne Service. Vor Ort stellten wir jedoch fest, dass es nur sechs Parkplätze für das gesamte Hotel gibt. Als dann endlich ein Parkplatz frei wurde, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir dort nicht parken dürften, da wir „keine besonderen Gäste“ seien. Das war für uns absolut unverständlich und ärgerlich. Des Weiteren hatten wir in den uns vorab zugesandten Unterlagen gelesen, dass der Check-in ab 14 Uhr möglich sei. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch gesagt, dass der Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist. Solche Widersprüche sind sehr ärgerlich und führen zu unnötigen Wartezeiten. Wir reisen viel und haben schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber so ein Theater haben wir noch nie erlebt. Aus diesem Grund werden wir dieses Hotel niemals wieder buchen und auch niemandem weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gutes Hotel in bester Lage mit nettem Personal und tollem Frühstück. Einziges Manko… Parkplätze sind leider zu wenig, sodass man weiter weg auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen stehen muss. Ist überhaupt kein Problem, wenn man es vorher weiß und sich drauf einstellen kann. Wir werden sicher wieder zu einem Aufenthalt im Mimosa landen.

Ikke nok parkeringspladser til hotellet. Lidt misvisende information omkring parkering da vi kom. Men sa vi efter en tur i byen snakkede med en anden receptionist, fik vi anvist parkering. Sød personale, god beliggenhed. Fin morgenmad og værelse.

Sehr gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück absolut ausreichend und Zimmer sauber und gute Ausstattung.
