Unser Hauptargument dieses Mal über König-Vermietung zu buchen war die Teilnahme derer am SyltGo-Programm. Alles Andere würde sich zeigen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Buchung klappte einwandfrei, die Bus-Tickets wurden am Anreisetag per Email übersandt. Wir konnten das Domizil sofort beziehen, obwohl wir bereits mittags angekommen sind. Zur Unterkunft selbst: wir haben bereits im Haus Mateika gewohnt und schätzen die zentrale Lage. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Funktional und geschmacklich eingerichtet. Für ein Pärchen perfekt. Grosser Schrank, in dem alles reinpasste. Beide Balkone haben wir genutzt, entsprechend von wo der Wind kam. Beide Fernseher und Küche (ausser Nespresso-Maschine) haben wir nicht genutzt. Es war aber alles vorhanden: Geschirr, Gläser, Tassen, Platzdeckchen, Sitzauflagen und Decken für draussen. Kurz um: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Check-Out war genauso problemlos und konnten bis vor Abfahrt des Zuges unser Gepäck bei der Vermietung belassen. Fazit: Wir würden das Domizil über König jederzeit wieder anmieten :)

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und sehr schön eingerichtetes und geräumiges Appartement, modern und zweckmäßig. Man müsste als "Neuling" erst einmal die Gebrauchsanweisung für verschiedene Funktionen durchlesen. Leider haben wir diese erst am vorletztenTag in einer von uns unbenutzten Schublade gefunden. Somit blieb uns z.B. die Kofferaufbewahrung unter dem Bett verborgen. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, schönes Geschirr. Der Flaschenhals des Appartements ist das Bad. Sehr klein, mit dem Eingang zur Dusche muss man sich erst arrangieren. Es gibt zwei kleine Balkone, die mal eben zum Sitzen völlig i.O. sind. Leider schaut man nur auf Häuser und Garagen, nicht so prickelnd, aber das hatten wir vorher online gesehen. Die Lage des Hauses ist extrem gut, 5 min. zum Strand, 2 min. in die Friedrichstraße und dabei sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Autolärm. Das Cafe Mateika direkt nebenan, ist immer einen Besuch wert. Es gibt gebührenfreie Parkplätze in nächster Nähe, aber man kann auch die Parkgarage zusätzlich mieten. Alles in allem, für eine Woche Aufenthalt würde ich es immer wieder mieten und somit auch weiterempfehlen..

Das Haus Mataika ist sehr schön, alles sehr gepflegt, sehr gute Lage, Die Apartments sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir kennen Wohnung Nr. 9 und auch Nr. 7. Man kann absolut nichts negatives feststellen. Vor allem die Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Es fehlt an nichts. Und was auf Sylt eher selten ist, sehr viel Schrankraum und Platz für alle Sachen, die man nach Sylt so mitnimmt.
