Nido alla Giudecca is a contemporary apartment with a mezzanine floor, located in the alleys of the historic center of Siracusa, a few steps away from the seaside of Ortigia and Mikveh, the "Antico Bagno Ebraico". The tall and white walls of the house, together with the two balconies, make the entire apartment very bright. Our guests will enjoy a relaxing stay a stone’s throw from the sea, in a comfortable and new apartment with two double sofa beds in the living room. The space, with its modern design, is very enjoyable, and the large kitchen, characterized by a minimal design, is fully equipped and fitted with an oven. On the same floor, there is a full bathroom provided with a shower and washing machine, while from the living area, the staircase leads the guests to a mezzanine floor with a large space where to store clothing and personal belongings. The terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for tasting delicious dinners or simply for enjoying some relaxation. Free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and heating complete the property for a perfect stay both in hot and cold times.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.



The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 km away, while Comiso Pio la Torre airport is 110 km away. The train station of Siracusa is very close to the bus stop for the airport shuttles and 10 minutes walking distance from Ortigia.
