Villa 'Opulentia' with Pool and Sea View

Located just outside Syracuse in the Plemmirio nature reserve, Villa Opulentia is a beautiful 160 m² accommodation for up to 8 guests. The villa offers 3 bedrooms: on the ground floor, a room with a double bed and sofa bed; on the first floor, a suite with a round double bed, sofa bed, and a private terrace with spectacular views of the garden, pools, and sea. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an 85-inch smart TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, high chair, and baby cot.



Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden with a terrace for outdoor dining and a panoramic balcony with sea view upstairs. There are two pools, one heated with hydromassage, both open year-round. You’ll also find an outdoor shower with toilet and a barbecue. The dining table in the living room can be converted into a pool table. For your entertainment, there are a table tennis table and a foosball table.



Upon request, exclusive culinary experiences can be arranged, including cooking classes, lunches (11:30 am–3:30 pm), and dinners (7:00–10:00 pm) prepared by a chef.



On-site parking is available for up to 2 cars. The owners provide electric bikes so you can easily explore the area without a car. Pets are not allowed.



The villa is set in beautiful Plemmirio, one of Syracuse’s finest marine areas, just a 10-minute drive from Ortigia and the city center. The owners live in a basement apartment with a private entrance, except for the shared driveway. You have exclusive use of the pools and outdoor spaces during your stay. Parties and external guests are strictly prohibited.
