"Accommodations were roomy, clean, and the kitchen outfitted enough for simple meals. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. Great location overlooking the beach across the street from the San Clemente Pier. Our unit had a view of the ocean. We liked the first night so much, we decided to stay another night. Note: unit did not appear to have air conditioning. Instead the windows opened and it had ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. We didn’t need it as the temperatures were pretty cool during our visit. "

"Everything was comfortable. Shower was nice kitchen well equipped location was perfect. Only a couple things I wasn’t satisfied with … there was a strong mildew odor throughout the kitchen towels need replacing and the floor was filthy. I would have even mopped if there was a mop available. "
