"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast is great with a good selection of food. There’s a shuttle service to the beach and to eat street. The laundry service is also good value. Stayed for 10 days this time and would recommend it highly for the overall vibe."

"Everything at the Kayumas was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so attentive and always making sure you were looked after. The room was comfy and the private pool was a great reprieve after a long day of walking the streets. Great options for food, the breakfast smoothie bowl was so yummy. Definitely book in for a massage whilst you’re there, the spa was incredible. I did the traditional Balinese massage and the detoxifying body spa and they were absolute bliss! Location is perfect for walking distance to everything in Seminyak and only a short grab away from Canggu. We had the best time here, sad to say goodbye!"

"Lovely boutique and stylish hotel, beautiful staff, with the warm and always smiling Balinese hospitality we all love! There is a lovely spa for treatments and complimentary yoga and other classes on the rooftop level! Staff are so helpful, go above and beyond to make guests happy and enjoy their holiday! Breakfast in the terrace is lovely and so much choice! Great location to beach, eat street and shopping! Very peaceful, smaller hotel with fabulous pool and large floaties to drift the day away! It is an oasis away from the business of Seminyak! I definitely recommend the rooms that open directly to the huge and pristine pool on Level 1! Rooms are beautifully tidied and cleaned! The roof bar and terrace is the perfect spot for a float in the wading pool, late sunbake and drink! The hotel’s own patisserie has delicious treats! I will be back again, thank you for such a fabulous break, I only wish it were longer! 💕🏖️😎🍹"

"We stayed in Alila Ocean suite. The view was amazingly unforgettable! Room is spacious. But the lights controls were a little confusing. And the temperature control in the shower room was a tad difficult to navigate. Wifi can be a bit sketchy. But all these is compensated by the outstanding customer service and the view that greeted us everyday. Seasalt was beyond fabulous. Shoutoutb to all the smiley and warm staff , especially Dera and Rai. Though building feels dated, it is generally well maintained. I would love to go back again, and stay at room 316!"
