I had a wonderful stay at La Cigale Tabarka Hotel Spa & Golf. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning scenery. Everything from the atmosphere to the service made my stay very enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Layla from the spa, who gave me an amazing massage. She was very professional, attentive, and made the experience extremely relaxing. Her kindness and attention to detail really made a difference. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend La Cigale Tabarka to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I’m looking forward to coming back! 🌿✨

Best experience. Breath taking hotel. The vip lounge was definitely a highlight, great staff and amazing coffee. Our room was beautiful and kept so nicely. Definitely one of the best pool areas I’ve ever seen and we travel a lot. The beach and golfing were perfect. Thank you!

Perfect for a peaceful and welcoming getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful trip the La Cigale. From the moment we arrived the staff was welcoming and friendly. The spa was very relaxing and offered beautiful views of the sea and coastline. The rooms were modern and spacious and housekeeping was thorough and frequent. The cafe was our favorite, a great place to relax and unwind after a day of walking around the hotel and swimming in the pool. The restaurants and buffets offer a good selection of food and great service with a smile. The jazz bar was perfect for some music and a drink by the fireplace.

La Cigale, certainly lives up to its excellent reputation. The property is impressively clean, with well-maintained grounds and a world-class golf course. The lower staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the upper management was unresponsive to customer needs, which was disappointing. While the hotel website highlights a variety of dining options, during my late May stay, several restaurants were closed, leaving us unprepared. It would be helpful to update the site to reflect seasonal availability accurately. Our prepaid half-board included breakfast and dinner, which was problematic for me due to a medical condition that prevents me from eating dinner. I asked if the prepaid value could be applied to lunch instead, but this request was declined. The breakfast buffet started strong but quickly showed limitations. The fruit selection was notably poor, with bland offerings, and items like fresh-squeezed orange juice were often unavailable. The beach area was partly closed for maintenance, and that information wasn’t communicated beforehand. Our room, 1256, had a stunning sea view, and the housekeeping staff was diligent, but the bed was squeaky and disruptive, and the rain shower was clogged. Finally, while enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony, we had to deal with large flies and insects frequently entering the room. In light of this, I recommend installing balcony screens to improve guest comfort.

The hotel lives up to its reputation as a "palace," with every detail meticulously cared for . Dining: The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day . The quality of the food across the board was fantastic. Amenities: Whether you are looking to relax by the pristine private beach , enjoy the world-class thalassotherapy spa , or play a round on the stunning golf course with scenic views , there is something for everyone. The tranquility of the setting, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and coastline, makes it a perfect escape . Overall: This was my first visit, and I was so satisfied that I extended my stay . I highly recommend La Cigale Tabarka to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway in Tunisia. We can't wait to return!

This property is pristine, and the staff are excellent. The food was good in the restaurant. The sand is very nice, but have the beach is rocky. The one strange thing that makes me get out of four stars is that in the winter and into the mid spring they don’t actually have air-conditioning on so you have to open the window if the room is too warm. Apparently this is hotel wide. I was there late, April.

I BOOKED THE STAY FOR MY WIFES BIRTHDAY, ITS OUR FIRST TIME IN TUNISIA AND SHE CHOSE TO CELEBRATE HER 24th BIRTHDAY AT LA CIGALE. I ASKED THEM TO HELP ME WITH DECORATIONS AND SETUPS AND I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THEIR HELP AND THEY INSISTED TO DO IT FOR FREE. I SAID OKAY THAT GREAT. THEY DID NOTHING. AT ALL. I MADE RESERVATIONS AT RESTAURANTS AND THEY CANCELED IT WITH NO REASON. THEY ALSO NEVER DECORATED THE ROOM ON HER BDAY. I TOLD HER FROM THE START TO DO IT AT MORA IN TOZEUR AND SHE INSISTED AT LA CIGALE AND NOW SHE GOT THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT HER BIRTHDAY. REGARDLESS FROM THAT I ALSO BOOKED AND PAID FOR A MOUNTAIN VIEW AS SHE FOUND IT MORE ROMANTIC BECAUSE OF THE VIEWS . THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE MOUNTAIN VIEW EVEN THO I ALREADY PAID AND SHOWED THEM THE RECEIPT. WHICH I SEE AS THEFT. OTHER THAN THAT THE PLACE IS CALMING AND NICE BUT THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO WORK ON BEING STRAIGHT FORWARD WHEN BEING ASKED TO ORGANIZE A SPECIAL OCCASION.
