The only negatives have to do with are the spa area and services. They charge to use the circuit and time limit you. The pools were warm, not hot. Some features didn't work. The Exterior hot tub should have been the crown jewel but it was tepid at best. Best features were the heated lounge chairs and the steam room. We wanted to get a massage but that needs to get booked well in advance, which is frustrating. Still, hiking around and seeing the beautiful landscape was an unforgettable experience. Well worth the stay."
