"Even though there was a secret switch, you have to push to make the AC work. We called and called the front desk, but nobody actually came to fix it until about 7 PM so they let us suffer for five hours with no AC.

They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."

The towels are terrible which I ended up using as toilet floor matt and need to buy my own towel to feel a bit better. There’s molds in the room. The bedsheets are really thin and feels very cheap and dirty. Nobody cleaned the room in my almost one week stay. "
