"I should not have been charged money if they were not gonna allow me to stay there but they charge me anyway and that is the problem I have with them. I guess they don’t take pets. Nobody contacted me and told me this so I show up there at night getting ready to go to bed and they told me I can’t stay because of my dogs. Well that is fine and all but why did you charge me? Why did you take my money if you weren’t gonna let me stay there and why did it take me forever to get my money back?"
