We have newer phones, xfinity service and newer laptops which are up to date so the issues were not in our end. "The room too bright because the curtain was missing, so very hard to get good sleep and we were tired so you can imagine and the toilet won’t flush, the bathtub was very slowly draining"

"Room was just ok, the problem is that the entire place is overwhelming smokey, even in the rooms. Was on the fourth floor (top) and way down the hall and room still was choking me out with smoke from casino. Clothes then smelled like smoke rest of trip. Other than that it was just ok. Lots of slots, no table games. Like the free soda. "
