"The place is clean and family friendly. I like the fact that they have a restaurant on site. It was convenient since we didn’t have to go out to have dinner and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggages when we checked out and picked them out late in the afternoon. "Located within the city, the resort is a perfect place for families with kids like us and we stayed for 12 days straight. It is an expansive property with 3 pools that gave us choice of where and when we go for a swim. The property is gated and secured. Five Stars isn’t enough. This was truly the best experience a traveler, tourist, guest should get while staying in a Hotel.
Staff was amazing, very friendly, very accommodating. The one concierge, Ivan was the best. Resolved any issues not in minutes, seconds and was able to coordinate a smooth transition that enhanced my family’s vacation while in the Philippines.
I can’t recommend any higher than Metro Centre. 5 Stars? The highest I can give, the best I received.

"What I like the most in this property is how peaceful and quite it is. If you want a laid back or just chilling out, this resort is for you. The only downside is thier pool. I wish they could fix the leak of thier pool and change the water perhaps?
All in all, I will still recommend this resort for your stay."

"The place was perfect for us! near panglao beach and to known tourist destinations. Motorcycle rental is also an advantage we were able to visit places we want to go at our own convenience. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Plus! Pick up from Airport is also free !!!"
