The staff was awesome, and very helpful. Clean rooms, kayaking, great views, beach was beautiful at sunset and sunrise, good food,W wonderful break right in the city. Gorgeous resort.
We had a fabulous stay in one of their over water bungalows. It was staying inside an aquarium! The room was fantastic, and the beach and pool areas were gorgeous.
Room was clean and overlooking a beautiful garden. Grounds were clean and well maintained except the outdoor changing rooms and bathrooms were not functional. Otherwise, the location was fabulous.
There is only two reasons I would not give an excellent rating for this resort, the TV only had 5 channels and only in french, and the breakfast was very expensive. The resort was very nice and the staff were excellent.
Kyara and the female security was amazing and friendly. All the staff was amazing and the transition room was nice to have before check in, The only thing was went i arrived it take over an hour to check in because of the long line of the peoples coming from the cruise
A very nice resort on a beautiful beach. We loved the view, the pool, the restaurant and bar. We also loved that you can walk to a really nice big market to get your cheese, wines and more. The French bakery next to the market also had great baguettes, pastries and more. The few small things I suggest… have ice machines for guests, install gas tiki torches on the walkways and pipe in some island music also. Small picky touches to get you to the next level
We stayed here upon arrival in Papeete the night before our cruise left.
Recently reopened, it was a really nice place convenient to airport and cruise dock ($35 taxi ride).
Great pool, right on lagoon with some snorkeling and REALLY nice views. Landscaping is beautiful. Staff was very helpful, front desk, pool service and bar/restaurant.
After cruise we came back for a day pass for $60 with $20 bar/restaurant credit. You need to reserve through restaurant ahead of time.
Food was good but pizza needs work.

Liked: Staff & service
One night stay. Staff smiling and useful except the restaurant manager who needs to learn about customer service. Property ground could be more manicured, and our room was clean but the shower was leaking. The hotel doesn’t provide airport shuttle but will reserve a taxi for you.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We stayed after finding out it was reopening following a renovation. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but the room looked quite dated and the service had issues at times with delays in orders at the bar and the restaurant.
The main pool is nice, the best bit of this hotel, and clearly this is still one of the better hotels in Tahiti.
The property is thoughtfully designed. As you drive onto the property, you’re greeted with a grandiose building with a large opening in the middle that flows to a lagoon like pool, stretching to the ocean.
Thoroughly enjoyed our junior suite, they gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and your property.
One this property's best assets is their staff. Everyone is helpful, friendly, professional, and welcoming. They could use a concierge to help navigate the island's activities. The room was EXACTLY as pictured and quite comfortable!! It's also right down the road about a 3-5 minute walk to the local grocery store. The grounds are well kept. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again!!
Beautiful resort and location. It just opened on March 1, 2026 so it had only been open for a couple of weeks before we arrived. They were still hiring staff so restaurants were only open part time. Staff is wonderful and in a couple of months all should be up and running and fabulous. I would definitely go back
There’s lot to say here. If I was rating this place for a view and a view alone then it’s 5/5.
If you’re not from this side of the world and you come from North America. Be prepared to be treated poorly. Specifically at the bar. Both myself and my wife went to the bar only to be ignored because we are foreign. The resort opens to locals for day passes and the locals are treated better than the guests tourist who come to their country to visit.
The restaurant food was great and the service was better until it came night time and guests such as myself and my wife who did not know we had to reserved actually got turned away. Someone who traveled across the entire world to be here actually got turned away from the resorts restaurant because they were “fully booked” with no accommodations made to help us out or even a solution. What a terrible experience. Not only that. When we asked the front desk they told us to go walk 5 minutes outside the resort to find food… while it was pouring rain. You’d think that if your restaurants in a resort gets fully booked it would be one of the first things you’d tell your interaction guests.. I guess it’s not so common to have common sense..
Pretty unbelievable. Very disappointed with this resort. Specifically the service..
Stayed 5 nights in an overwater bungalow
Great experience. Snorkeling outside the bungalow is really nice. Plenty of fish. The food at the beach restaurant was really good with excellent service. We will definitely return!
You cannot find a better hotel in Tahiti! Gorgeous white sand beach and crystal clear water for swimming or snorkeling or go in the lovely pool. I saw others comment on furniture or superficial need for upgrades but so what? The rooms are big very clean bathrooms super nice. They have the friendliest staff ive ever encountered
