Some minor observations

It was great the only thing is some floor tiles are not stable which is annoying while walking around. There was leaks in the bathroom that kept the floor always wet. such things should not be there comparing to the price I paid for the room.

Very nice staff--not a lot of English, but enough. Very large room. The reality is not nearly as grand as the picture of the outside, and it is on the far side of the ring road, so it is not walkable to anywhere.

The location was near to Al Shafa and Al Redaf Park. I didn’t like the floor of the room there is sound when I walk on the floor look like it is broken

General Manager

At the time of check-in the receptionist said that I have only one room booked and not two....I showed her the reservation confirmation from Hotels.com that it says 2 rooms....she ignored that and tried to convince me that its just one room, It took her 10min to confirm that I have two rooms.... The rooms were not cleaned properly...My wife spoke to them twice(second and third day) as there was dust in both room ... The quality of the breakfast was horrible... At the time of check-out I informed the receptionist about those issues and he said re- breakfast, its due to pandemic and Covid that's why they couldn't serve good breakfast!!! In summary, I will never visit this hotel at all when I come to Taif next time.

Needs Improvement

Overall the staff was nice and very helpful. The location was okay with a couple of coffee shops within walking distance and AlRudaff Park down the street. Room Service quality was disappointing. I found trash between a side table and my bed which made me question the quality of "daily housekeeping". The listing said there was a pool and gym facilities; however, I was not told hours at check-in and when asked was told there were no such facilities. It was unclear to me whether the facilities exist or if they were simply closed. Most likely, I will not revisit.

the reception is nice, the breakfast was not that great needs improvement for the price i paid. the rooms bathroom was ok not appropriate for a 4 stars hotel which should be more higher as quality. the car parking was good and the location of the hotel as well.

You have to turn on the water heater in toilet which is not the case in any hotel. Water heater should be turned on by default. WIFI connection sucks, i think you have a limit or maybe there was something wrong with it, I did not even ask the reception for any support since I was having my own cellular internet. Other than that, all is well. They have very nice vegetables chips in the mini bar 👌😊.
