It appeared the gentleman that booked us in was not the usual greeter or new but did his job with a smile. It was a small room but had all that was needed.. Bed was comfortable and bedding was clean and comforting ( not stiff and cold). shower was good also had decent shampoo, conditioner & soap on tap. Plenty of tea and coffee etc with a few packs of biscuits. Parking was easy & well signed for a small motel. Within short walking distance to 2 Hotels, small but well stocked IGA, bakery and PO.

Carol takes care of the place and everything was clean and in the right spot and there was plenty of everything even a labeled numbered parking spot for each car so there’s no dispute where you’re supposed to park. It’s walking distance to the town and two pubs and it’s just above the river so you can walk down or drive down.

The property was very neat in the outdoor area and parking area. Inside, the room was immaculate, roomy, quiet and had tea and coffee making facilities, microwave and bathroom supplies. The curtains were excellent for creating a dark room and there is an easily followed procedure to get your key if you are a late arrival. The text instructions were perfect. Although it is on the main thoroughfare from Adelaide to Melbourne, the noise of the trucks was not an issue. I will definitely return en route to NSW and Vic.
