Quiet and relaxing!

Our stay was so quiet and relaxing! The service was excellent and breakfast was fabulous! Lots of places to go close by or you can just stay at the farm and relax.

The farmhouse is located in a beautiful and quiet area. We enjoyed our staying very much, from the warm welcome, very clean room, bathroom and fresh bedding, very comfy beds to delicious breakfast served by lovely lady and nice tea and biscuits in our room. We will definitely come back as we felt like home.

Absolutely beautiful, tranquil. The property has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard, nice big bathroom with a bath which was amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My wife and I had an absolutely delightful time at the farmhouse. The location was absolutely splendid, the evening and accommodations were perfect, and our breakfast was really delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better night in the Highlands, and loved every minute of our stay. Our room was quiet and private, and the other rooms seemed similarly quiet and well-appointed. We loved driving down to Tarbat Ness lighthouse, had a delightful dinner up the road at Platform 1864 in Tain, and were astounded by the beauty of Dunrobin Castle (~20 minute drive from the farmhouse). Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

NC 500 overnight

Best place we stayed on the North Coast 500. The farm is set separately from the village, beautifully renovated and decorated. Warm welcome and a very comfortable room. Views of the sea and the property. Really could not fault it and we enjoyed the stay.

My son and I fell in love with this property. It is gorgeous, tranquil, historic, and beautifully renovated. The ladies that own it are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and excellent chef's. The food is the best I've had on our 2 week trip! So many pleasant details. The rooms are stunning, the views are absolutely incredible. I am already planning a return trip in my mind.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The house and property were as lovely as before. The dinner selection was a bit disappointing and a bit pricey for what was offered the last time we stayed. Maybe the girls can work on this. There was a situation with all of our 3 rooms being very cold when we arrived and also during the night. None of us had any control of temperature in the rooms. We had to pay 10 pounds extra just to use the Sauna to get warm while we waited for our dinner time. Over all it is a lovely place to stay with amazing views and a very friendly staff.

Au bout d’une belle allée dans un endroit très isolé, on tombe sur cette magnifique adresse. Nous avons passé une nuit.chambre Macallan avec une vue extraordinaire depuis le bow window très cosy. Coin lecture avec vue sur mer et sur un magnifique arbre centenaire. Accueil très chaleureux. Petit dejeuner d’exception…. Granola, assiette de fruits frais,porridge, scambled eggs au saumon, etc etc . Une adresse exceptionnelle !Parfait pour déconnecter. Et comme la Wifi est un peu capricieuse, il suffit d’aller dans le petit salon ou une variété de whisky vous attendra.
