I like the airport train can directly stop next to the hotel. Also the metro train station is also next to the hotel. It’s very convenient to get around.

Good location

Very good location near 2 subway lines. Easy to go to Taipei Railway Station and Taoyuan Airport. Room size is big enough for opening 2 28” suitcases. Very big bed. Price is reasonable compared with the hotels in Taipei.

If you are looking for a place to serve purely as a private room to sleep, shower and store bags in, then this hotel will work for you. There's not much to do (the spa/wellness are was closed during our visit), there's no in-house cafe or restaurant, no room service, or any luxurious amenities and facilities available. We spent the entire day out during our whole trip so this didn't bother us. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people BUT there are massive gaps in the wall dividing the bathroom and the room foyer. So if you're staying with someone you don't want to see in the nude, then you can't walk freely around the room if the bathroom's occupied. Since it's also conveniently right next to Sanchong MRT, you will hear trains well into the night and early in the morning. All in all I was satisfied with the stay.

I stayed in this hotel while I visited Taipei which lasted 15 days. Location is good which is very handy to the subway. Housekeeping is generally good but they didn’t do much during the period. I need to remind them to do certain jobs like vacuum the floor and etc. But generally is good!

Very convenient. 2nd stay at this hotel . Cleanliness of the hotel is good . However , housekeeping need to be improved. Drainage system of the bathroom did not clean throughly, resulting flood in the room after bathing . Did not replace the hotel slipper everyday , empty the dustbin, make the bed even thought the bed sheets only change after 3 days of stay .

Additionally, the constant light in the room may be bothersome for those sensitive to light. The toilet light stays on and shines through the glass wall into the bedroom, and the blinds and drapes do not fully block out the light. I wish I had brought an eye mask.

Staff was friendly. Somehow the entire hotel lacked a microwave yet the rooms had a large fridge and an induction stove, but nothing to use to cook on the provided stove. Bed was large but uncomfortable as were the pillows. Close proximity to the trains were nice but also as a result it can get a bit noisy

Great Location

My husband and I had 15 hour transit at the Taoyuan International Airport. We wanted to get around downtown Taipei in the evening and needed to take an early morning train the airport. The Sanchon Station is an ideal location for our purpose and this hotel is right at the Sanchon Station. Hotel was new and modern. There is a supermarket nearby. The room and beds were very comfortable!
