Very good value benefits to the guest

Because this was the last affordable hotel available on Family Weekend (FSU) in Tallahassee, we had some worry about the quality of the establishment -- but everything was pleasantly surprising. Very clean, quiet, comfortable -- and the management was very friendly and kind.

Great location

A no-frills hotel in a great location! We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t have been happier with our choice, the price was low and the location was perfect. The only downfall was the wifi sucked. Cascades park is within walking distance with great restaurants and bars surrounding. Highly suggest checking out the Edison and Charlie park

Good for a place to sleep

My stay was good. My visit was for a football game weekend and visiting my son. The outside of the hotel isn't much to look at, but the room was fine for my purposes, nothing fancy...just used as a place to sleep.

We brought our own bed sheets and pillows to be safe but there’s honestly look stylish and clean. this place shocked us with how great it was! We paid $800 for family weekend but had a great stay. Parked right up front, bathrooms are newly renovated and clean. Floors are laminate so you don’t have to worry about gross carpet and room was cool and minimally musky. Def bring your own sheets and comforter but it’s a good stay. We walked everywhere. Went to the game, 5 miles round trip

was a good room for what i needed. nothing fancy, but look to be somewhat newly renovated. they were quiet, couldn't hear the other rooms. I checked in on Friday and the attendant didn't know how to handle prepaid expedia reservations. other than that it was again fine for what i needed.

For the price, this place would be hard to beat

For the money, I wasn't expecting much...I was wrong. The Outside of the Motel isn't much to write home about, however the room was really nice. Very clean and decorated nicely. The bed king size bed was comfortable along with the pillows. The Bathroom is updated with a very nice walk in shower with a large "rain maker" shower head. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker along with a small desk and small couch. The included continental breakfast was just cereal and bagels, however there are multiple locations nearby to grab breakfast. For the price, this place would be very hard to beat.

The gentleman that checked us in was the owner. He was very nice and supplied whatever we needed. It was very dirty on the outside some what nasty looking. The recliner and desk chair was in very bad shape. So bad that we did not even sit in the chairs neither one of them! Wood furniture was fine but the walls were a mess big places and not painted. Just looked bad. The bathroom was great. It had been newly remodeled. The bed was OK but the linens on the bed were absolutely nasty discolored, dirty looking. I’m just thankful I had something with me that checked for bedbugs. I’m sorry but would not recommend this motel.

The place is clean but there was a couple next door doing god knows what until 2am music so loud and yet I could hear their noises over the music and they were crushing the bed against my bed wall. I placed a noise complaint but the hotel is not staffed overnight. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. I definitively will ensure there’s 24h staff next place I stay at
